Delivery/Pick Up

Veronica's Hidden Garden will ensure that your subscription reaches the specified address provided during the checkout process. Should you need to modify the delivery details such as the address, dates, or drop-off/pick-up times, kindly reach out to me at least 1 week prior to the scheduled delivery date. Please note that the updated address must fall within my designated delivery zone.

Payment

The purchaser understands that all payments for bouquet subscriptions are non-refundable.

Agreements

Purchasers understand that by purchasing Veronica’s Hidden Garden Bouquet Subscription, they are agreeing to the following:

Flower food and after-care instructions are included with each bouquet to ensure your success after you receive your flowers; therefore, Veronica’s Hidden Garden will not be held responsible for the vase life of the flowers included in the subscription after the flowers are in your care.

The purchaser understands that farming, in general, is at the mercy of Mother Nature, which can unexpectedly influence the outcomes of crops and plants. So, the purchaser knows that Veronica's Hidden Garden will quickly communicate any changes or delays in delivery dates and times, in writing, as soon as possible.At Veronica's Hidden Garden, I grow flowers using organic methods. However, it's important to note that not all these flowers are safe to eat or wear on the skin. We want our customers to understand that human or animal consumption of these flowers may cause illness, injury, and/or allergic reactions. Therefore, I do not take responsibility for any such issues.

Communication

By signing up for a Bouquet Subscription, the purchaser agrees to receive emails from Veronica's Hidden Garden.

DIY Flower Bunches

PICK-UP

DIY flower bunches are available for pick up only at Veronica’s Hidden Garden on the date and time that was selected during check-out. Should you need to modify the pick-up details such as the pick up person, pick-up date/time, kindly reach out to me at least 1 week prior to the scheduled pick-up date.

Flower food and after-care instructions are included with each order to ensure your success after you receive your flowers; therefore, Veronica’s Hidden Garden will not be held responsible for the vase life of the flowers after the flowers have been picked up and in your care.

The purchaser understands that Veronica’s Hidden Garden will prepare and package the finished product(s) for transport and will not be held responsible for the condition of the flowers after they’ve been picked up.

COMMUNICATION

To ensure the highest standards of quality and ensure product availability, please note the DIY floral bunches require a 2 week notice before pickup can be arranged.

Catastrophic Events

Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC shall not be liable for any delay in services rendered due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to fire, floods, riots, civil disturbances, extreme weather conditions, pandemic, control exercised by a government entity, or acts of God or a public enemy.

Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC shall give written notice within three (3) days of the catastrophic event, stating the period of time the occurrence is expected to continue. Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay and ensure the effects of such catastrophic event are minimized within our control. Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the removal of the cause. In the event that the failure or delay remains unsatisfactorily uncured for a period of thirty (30) days following given notice, the Event Representative may thereafter terminate this transaction upon written notice and all payments made to date will be returned.

Cancellation or Postponement

All cancellations must be made, in writing, within 1 week of the reserved pick-up date and time.  

All postponements must be made in writing within 2 weeks of the pick-up date. If postponement occurs less than 2 weeks prior to your reserved pick up date, all payments, will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Postponements will be considered provided the new date/time and flowers are available.

Postponements are limited to once/order

Photo Release Consent

I hereby grant Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC permission to use my likeness and the florals used in my event that were created by Veronica’s Hidden Garden, LLC in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) for promotional use, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
